Unless Your Book Now Button Actually Confirms The Job, It’s A Waste Of Your Homepage Space

I find it truly shocking how many service providers out there are still advertising a ‘Book Now’ button on their website when the booking capabilities just aren’t there. If you’re going to tease me with a ‘Book Now’ option you had better at least give me an appointment time when we’re done.

The problem is that in almost all cases I am left with the final message saying ‘Thank you. Someone will contact you shortly.’ Wait a minute, first off the ‘shortly’ part is almost always a big lie. Secondly, what happened to Booking NOW?

As cofounder of Routezilla I set out to solve this very problem. We designed a system that was able to do real time confirmed bookings by simply asking the right questions and factoring in geography.

Robert Ducharme is CEO of Routezilla, a one-of-a-kind Geography driven customer scheduling software that is designed for service companies who must visit customer locations and need to deliver top notch customer service. By asking the right questions of your customers Routezilla is able to offer fully automated customer service to your customers.
